Are you interested in taking more control over your photographs beyond the limits of your camera?
Join us for an introductory class to learn to use Adobe Photoshop, a tool photographers use to take full control of the ways their images are presented to the world.
In this class, students will learn the various functions within the program to edit pictures. Students will begin to work with RAW and jpeg files while learning a basic use of layers, how to brighten photographs using curves and levels, color correcting images, repairing and retouching images, preparing images for the web and understanding the importance of histograms. We look at the different effects possible using the filters available in Photoshop as a way to enhance images. Students will also learn about shortcuts in the computer and program to edit efficiently.
By the end of this class, students will begin to have a working knowledge of Photoshop and various ways of editing their pictures.
In order to provide a hands-on training, we take a maximum of 9 students per course.
During class, as usual in PhotoUno there will be class exercises with the guidance of the instructor.
Pre-requisite: Photography I or clear understanding of Manual Mode.
